Welding Inspection
- Ultrasonic Testing (UT) Machine – for internal flaw detection
- Magnetic Particle Testing (MPT) – for surface and near-surface crack detection
- Dye Penetrant Testing (DPT) – for detecting surface cracks and porosity
- Welding Gauges – for monitoring weld size, alignment, and profile
Dimensional Inspection
- Vernier Calipers – 150 mm to 2000 mm range
- Micrometers – 20 mm to 1000 mm
- Inside Micrometers – 20 mm to 1000 mm
- Height Gauge – up to 1000 mm
- Measuring Tapes – 3 m to 30 m
- Water Level, Plumb Level & Spirit Level – for precision alignment and leveling
Blasting & Painting Inspection
- DFT (Dry Film Thickness) Meter – for paint thickness verification
- WFT (Wet Film Thickness) Gauge – for real-time paint thickness control
- Surface Roughness Comparator (SA 2.5 Standard) – for checking blast profile and cleanliness
- Salt Spray Test – for coating corrosion resistance
- Scratch Test – for coating adhesion
Calibration & Reliability
All instruments and gauges undergo periodic calibration as per industry standards, ensuring consistent accuracy and reliability in every measurement and inspection process.
